This is a rare product to try! It's not often we get this in, but it is the closest thing to tasting a ripe chocolate fruit!

Spoiler Alert! It tastes nothing like chocolate! 

Extracted from fresh cacao fruit, the pulp is the sweet and delicious mucilage that covers the 'chocolate seeds (beans)' that provides the 'fuel' for the fermentation process, slowly converting the cacao fruit beans into 'cocoa' beans that craft chocolate makers use to make their signature bars!

Our trade partners have taken this pulp and freeze dried it! Cacao fruit doesn't travel well, but this is our opportunity to share our love of the cacao fruit with the world, and it's unique tropical tastes.

Each sample pack gives you 10 grams of this freshly freeze-dried pulp to share and taste, getting as close as possible to tasting a real cacao fruit!
