At a local food expo in Calgary, we tasted a lemon white chocolate that had some nice 'zing', but was pretty much, just that. It was a refreshing look at white chocolate that did not have milk in it, and we thought - let's put our signature flavour spin on it! Adding some savoury elements such as in house freeze-dried ginger and  basil gives this bar some amazing depth and character!

White chocolate has a received a bad rap due to the low quality seasonally offered options that are out there.  Waxy, overly sweetened industrial product that is  no-bueno! We are flipping the script and making this bar to 'refresh the scene', making it an experience worth savouring! Let the zestyness brighten up your taste buds!
