We have released this bar as a microbatch, market tester! We are iterating this bar for our ideal standards - yet our clients have loved what we have done so far with it - so we have the initial release of this bar available on the webstore! We hope you love it and the upcoming iterations to this bar!

In true Cacaoworks fashion, we chose to challenge the chocolate status quo, and bring you a a bar you won't find anywhere, our Pemmican Bison Bar!

Chocolate (cacao) has been used for a long time in Hispanic cultures for sauces like Mole, so naturally we saw an opportunity to make a bar that would naturally work with both traditional Indigenous food as blueberry pemmican, and our chocolate!

Partnering with Mitsoh, the first Indigenous company in history to bring traditional Indigenous food back to the modern world that is Canadian-made and Elder approved. 

This bar blends our Single-origin 70% base with Mitsoh's blueberry pemmican strips, made from Bison, tallow, real blueberries and Canadian Maple Syrup. 

A bold bar, but we invite you to try this combination and realize a TRUE superfood bar that combines pure, natural ingredients with Indigenous tradition will be a bar never encountered before.
