Pronounced 'Ah-wah-hoon', this bar wasn't originally in the game plan for our lineup - but after several tastings - this bar came back as a hard winner! Dark chocolate with natural nutty notes, this bar is a fantastic anchor for many an Irish whiskey, bourbon or Single-malt scotch pairing.

Fermentation Style: 6 days in Tornillo hardwood boxes; daily bean rotation after first 2 days.
Drying Style: 6-8 days – Start in sun, finish in shade. On tarps and mesh drying shelves.
