Why do we label this Single Origin bar as 'Light Roast'? Read on!

Hailing from the Chanthaburi region in Thailand, this bean as a lot of dimension we are constantly experimenting with! Our current iteration is based on the roast level used in order to highlight this origin and what it brings to the table.

Our 'Light roast brings forth the tropical and and fruity notes of this origin, yet keeps the notably balanced chocolatey body from this very interesting chocolate!

Signature to all of our single origin bars, we only use the finest beans, cane sugar and we add a touch of world-class Peruvian cacao butter to offer a rich, velvety and complex bar. Only pure ingredients from smallholder farms goes into this bar, and we hope you love it.
