Roasted Hazelnut - San Martin Origin

I like to call this our 'Adult Nutella Bar'.

We took our San Martin origin which have distinctive 'peanut buttery' notes to it, some Canadian Whole Milk powder, then added in-house roasted hazelnuts to make a clean label, whole food hazelnut bar that is rich and luxurious! 

While many craft makers might go a bit sweet, we like to keep this one dark with our classic San Martin beans and some in-house roasted whole hazelnuts. 

No palm oils, overbearing sugar additions or flavours: Our bar is simple yet decadent: San Martin cocoa nibs, raw cane sugar, Peruvian Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk powder and whole, dark roasted hazelnuts go into this bar.

At 56%, this bar BARELY creeps into the 'Dark Chocolate' zone. We wanted to preserve some of this origin within the bar, but give people what they wanted - a wonderful creamy yet dark chocolatey bar that even people who say 'Dark Chocolate? OMG Becky, ew!' will win them over!
