Coffee in chocolate has always been a love/hate relationship, as much of the time your treat ends up having  a non-descript 'coffee' or 'instant coffee' included as the 'flavour' in your bar.

At Cacaoworks, we only believe in using top-tier ingredients and this bar is no exception! Our signature white chocolate is transformed by integrating an award-winning Q-Grade (that's a fancy term in the coffee world for being frickin' good) coffee from the Wilton Benitez Plantation, in Cauca, Columbia. What's super cool, is that this coffee is decaffinated using a sugarcane filtration method, after an anerobic (no oxygen) fermentation.

Although the producer names fruits like Honeydew, Melon and Maple Syrup - after combining into our chocolate - this has brought both notes of strawberry and sweetgrass, to make it a one-of-a-kind delicious bar worthy of accompanying your morning latte or coffee fix!
