As a part of our growing lineup, we infused select luxury wine into our classic Single Origin nibs, bringing a new dimension to the chocolate game.

With the wide variety and experiences that a beautiful and elegant wine can provide, we couldn't settle on just one bar to infuse with, so we decided to make this a seasonal and vintage-based release!

Our first candidates for February Love Month will be a set of (3) different wines, all created as a Limited Edition Microbatch (<30 bars each are available)! This listing features:

2) Testarossa - Italian Abruzzo (Red) with Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional Cacao

A more delicate and elegant addition, this wine balances well with the Ecuadorian cacao, offering an equal sensory experience of dark chocolate and light maraschino cherry notes. This is a wonderful and delicious wine on its own, and lends itself in a complimentary manner to this classic yet decadent chocolate.
